Christie is the first clinician in the entire state of Hawaii to be a licensed provider of the ONERO™ program developed by The Bone Clinic in Australia. Onero™ is an evidence-based osteoporosis treatment program specifically designed to prevent osteoporotic fractures by stimulating bone development and preventing falls in at-risk individuals. The program was developed by Dr. Belinda Beck at The Bone Clinic in Australia over a decade ago, proven to improve bone density, muscle strength and prevent falls.

Christie will perform a thorough assessment to make sure you are ready for the program and develop a customized strength training plan to get you there if you are not ready.
